While there are numerous benefits of exercise and socialization for your pets, just like children at daycare, there is a small risk of minor injuries when pets play together.

I understand that when possible, I will be consulted prior to my dog’s receipt of veterinary treatment. I also understand that there may be times when I cannot be reached, or when Noah's Playground, or a Noah's Ark Companion Animal Hospital Veterinarian, feels that it is in the best interest of my pet to seek immediate treatment without waiting for my authorization. *

I agree to accept financial responsibility for any veterinary care, treatment, and medications given to my pet(s) during their stay at Noah's Playground or Noah's Ark Companion Animal Hospital. *
